Which way in you take depends on where the company stands. If it exists and the ownership is settled, the application goes straight to the platform. If the structure is the question, Redomiciled comes first. And if the file is easier to explain than to type, book a call and we come back with the next step or a straight no with the reason. Our checking platform, the one you reach by invitation, comes after any of those.
Niowire is not a bank. Accounts are provided by regulated payment institutions in the United Kingdom and Belgium.
01
Business
The company, where it is registered, and what it actually does.
02
Owners
Who owns it, and through what. Every ultimate beneficial owner.
03
Accounts
Business and personal accounts open together, in all five currencies.
04
Move and spend
Currency payouts, the stablecoin ramp, the crypto gateway, and the cards.
We read every file ourselves. You hear back from a person, not a form.
The account is approved by the institution, not by us. We prepare your case, we put it forward, and we tell you where it stands.
Three ways in. Pick the one you are actually in.
You know what you need
Open a Niowire account
The company exists, the ownership is settled, and what you want is the account: five currencies, each on its own network and on SWIFT, with the owners onboarded in the same application. This goes straight to the platform, which is where an application starts.
A separate system on our partner’s infrastructure, carrying our name. The institution decides, not us, and if it needs more from you it invites you into the checking platform below.
The structure is the question
Redomiciled advises first
If the company is in the wrong place, owned through the wrong thing, or does not exist yet, an account application is premature and will be read as such. Redomiciled is our sister firm and this is what they do: structure, jurisdiction, and what an institution will expect before you ask it for anything.
You leave Niowire for their site, in a new tab. A consultation comes first; they can also run the onboarding for you.
The file is easier to explain than to type
Talk to someone first
If the business is unusual enough that a form will not carry it, say it out loud instead. A short call, with someone who has read the case, and you leave with the next step or a straight no and the reason for it. Nothing is submitted anywhere until you decide to.
A short call with the team, in a booking calendar that opens in a new tab.
Already been invited?
If we have asked you to complete onboarding on our checking platform, that link is in the email we sent you. It is a different system again, and it is reached by invitation rather than from this page.
On the other side
What a payment looks like when it lands.
Every payment keeps its own record: who it went to, on which account, when it left, when it settled, and the note that went with it. Nothing has to be reconstructed from a statement afterwards.
The Niowire platform. Sample figures, not a live account.
Who does what
Three parties touch an application and it is worth knowing which is which, because the failure people describe from elsewhere is almost always not knowing who is holding the file.
You
Submit the business, the owners and what actually moves. Once. Not once per account and not once per owner.
Niowire
Reads the file first. We tell you what will be asked before it is asked, we put the case forward, and we stay your contact afterwards for the account and for support.
The institution
Runs the checks and decides. Not us. Anyone who tells you they can approve an account is describing a different arrangement from this one.
