Who is responsible
Niowire is a product of Panther Group. The company that will be responsible for this website is being incorporated and is not named here until it exists. In the meantime the person who runs this site and reads its mail answers for it: write to luis@niowire.com with anything on this page, including a request under the section on your rights below.
What this site collects
Server logs
Our host records the address the request came from, the time, the page and the browser type. That is how the site stays up and how abuse is spotted. Nothing in those logs is copied anywhere else, and nothing is used to build a profile of you.
What you send us
If you write to us, we receive what you write, and we use it to answer you.
If you book a call
The button that books a call opens a booking page hosted by Google Calendar, on their address. The name, email address and time you enter there are held by Google under its own notice and land in our calendar. We use them to hold the call and for nothing else.
What this site does not do
No analytics. No advertising pixels. No third party cookies. No fingerprinting. No profiling. No fonts, scripts or images loaded from anyone else’s server. We do not track you across other sites, because we do not track you on this one.
Where it is
The pages are served from a content network with servers in many countries, so a request is answered from wherever you are. The logs that request creates sit with our hosting provider. Niowire itself operates from the United Kingdom.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps the server logs. For this website that is the entire list, and a script checks it against the live site on every release. Three destinations sit outside it, and you reach each only by clicking a link that names where it goes. The booking page is hosted by Google Calendar. The onboarding platform and the account provider handle what you give them under their own notices. And Redomiciled, our sister firm, runs its own site and intake at redomiciled.global: what you give them there is held by Redomiciled under Redomiciled’s notice, not ours. The link from this site tells them you came from here, and nothing else.
How long it is kept
Server logs are kept by our host for a short period and then discarded. Email you send us, and what you enter when you book a call, is kept as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed, and then deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and ask us to stop using it. Write to luis@niowire.com and we answer within a month. We do not charge for this and we do not ask you to justify it.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us first, because it is usually a misunderstanding we can fix. If that does not settle it, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Images on this site
The portraits on the About page are generated images rather than photographs. The people named beside them are real and work on this product. The picture is not a photograph of them. The files carry no provenance metadata: they are re-framed after generation and re-encoded on delivery, and both steps remove it, so this page is the disclosure rather than a tag inside the file. The three screens of the platform are pictures of the product design, and the caption under each says the figures in them are sample data. Nothing here is a photograph: the icons come from the brand package, and every gradient, pattern and diagram on the site is drawn by the stylesheet rather than loaded as a picture.
Changes
If any of this changes, this page changes in the same release, not afterwards. The date at the top says when it last did.
