Who runs this site
The company that will operate this website is being incorporated and is not named here until it exists, because naming one that has not been formed would be worse than saying so. Niowire is a product of Panther Group. Until the company exists, anything about this site can go to the address at the foot of every page and a person answers it.
What these pages are
They describe a product. They are information, not an offer, and nothing here creates an agreement between us. An account exists once the institution that provides it has approved an application and you have accepted its terms, and not before.
What we do not decide
We do not approve accounts. We prepare a case and put it forward, and the institution decides. Nothing on this site is a promise that an application will succeed, and no figure here is a quotation.
The figures, the card and the screens
Any figure that belongs to a partner says so beside it, and rates carry their source and the day they were read. The card shown on these pages is an illustration with sample details, and it says so wherever it appears. The three screens of the platform are pictures of the product design and the figures inside them are sample data, which the caption under each one states. The currency list describes capability, published with its breakdown, and not a service level.
Availability
We keep the site up and correct, and we do not promise it is never unavailable or never wrong. If you find something here that is wrong, tell us and we will fix it or take it down.
What belongs to whom
The text, the design, the mark and the wordmark on this site belong to their owners and may not be reused without permission. Naming another company on these pages does not make us part of it.
Which law applies
The law of England and Wales applies to the use of this website, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over it. This says nothing about the account, which follows the terms of the institution that provides it.
If something goes wrong
Write to luis@niowire.com. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We answer. A complaint about an account goes to the institution that holds it, under its own complaints procedure, and we will tell you where that is.
Escalating past us
The account is provided by a payment institution authorised in the United Kingdom or supervised in Belgium, and its own complaints procedure comes to you with its terms during onboarding. Past that procedure the route is statutory rather than ours. In the United Kingdom a complaint against a firm the Financial Conduct Authority authorises can go to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which publishes a limit of six months from the date of the firm’s final response. In Belgium the equivalent body is Ombudsfin, whose rules of procedure let it refuse a request brought more than a year after the complaint was first put to the institution. Both were read on 15 September 2026. Which of the two applies to you depends on which institution holds the account, and you are told that before you open one.
