About
Where a bank sees paperwork,
we see a client.
Niowire exists because the answer a good business gets from a bank often has nothing to do with the business.
Niowire is not a bank. Accounts are provided by regulated payment institutions in the United Kingdom and Belgium.
The people
Five people, and between them the institutions, the structures and the systems that make an account possible. Every one of them works on this product.
Will DentonCo-founder · Head of PartnershipsWill builds and holds the relationships with the institutions behind every Niowire account. He came up through global banking partnerships, and his measure of a relationship is simple: does it give a client real access, or a form to fill in. The long standing ones do, and those are the ones he keeps.
Eric von SchumannCo-founder · Head of Revenue and FinanceEric runs revenue and client coordination, with deep experience in international finance and the structures behind it. He is the one who makes a case move: from the first enquiry to a working account, with as little friction as the institution allows, and a straight answer at every step.
Jon-Paul McEneaneyAdviserJon-Paul brings more than 25 years in financial services. Senior roles at Fortis and Intertrust, alongside private wealth institutions, and board advisory positions across Switzerland, London, the UAE and North America. He helps clients meet what institutions expect before they ask.
Luis WaidmannHead of TechnologyLuis builds and runs the technology, from this site to the systems behind the account. Every figure published here is checked by a script he wrote, on every release.
Cliff ReichardtEnterprise SalesCliff comes from enterprise software sales: six years at SAP in senior roles across retail and customer experience, then the German speaking market and southern Europe for Coveo. He is used to decisions that take months and have several people in the room, and he argues in what a thing is worth to the business rather than in what it does.
Every portrait above is a generated image, made from the same prompt so that five people photographed in five different places read as one team. The privacy notice says how, and says that the files carry no provenance metadata of their own.
What we are
An alternative for international businesses that are harder to bank: the industries mainstream banks step away from, the ownership structures they do not want to read, and the founders who do not live in one place.
How Niowire is built
Niowire is the client facing layer: we understand the business, prepare the case and stay on it. The accounts run on Panther Group’s payment platform and are provided by regulated payment institutions in the United Kingdom and Belgium; the crypto gateway runs on ForumPay’s.
Client money is held in safeguarded accounts at partner banks, not with us, separate from our money and from the institution’s own. Even if Niowire failed, your funds would be safe in those accounts, because we never hold them. It is not lent out and it is not invested. Safeguarding is not deposit insurance: there is no compensation scheme behind it, and if the institution itself failed, the money would be returned from that separate account after the costs of the insolvency, which can take time and need not be whole.

Two firms
Redomiciled advises. Niowire is the account.
Sister brands run by the same people, and two different jobs. One tells you where the company should live and which institution will take the file. The other is the account. Each stands on its own, and the line between them is below.
Niowire and Redomiciled are sister brands. The two work together and each stands on its own. Nothing on this page is a promise that either firm can approve an account: the institution decides.
The public record
What you can check, and what is not there yet
Niowire is not a bank and is not an authorised payment institution. Our own company is being incorporated, so there is no number of ours to look up yet, and we would rather say that than point you at somebody else’s. What can be checked today is the chain behind an account: both supervisors are named below and both publish searchable registers.

Where the money sits
Accounts and payments are provided by payment institutions authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom and supervised by the National Bank of Belgium. Client money is held in safeguarded accounts at partner banks, separate from our money and from the institution’s own. Safeguarding is not deposit insurance.
The institution that provides a Niowire account, and its firm reference · Oli
The supervisors are named above because our partner states them publicly. The institution itself is named here once Oli confirms which one serves a Niowire account, and it is checked in the register on the day it goes up rather than copied out of a document.
A register entry is not an endorsement. Companies House states plainly that it does not check the accuracy of the information filed with it.
Every entry above read in its register on 11 September 2026.
A short call with the team, in a booking calendar that opens in a new tab. If the structure is the question, Redomiciled advises first. Our sister firm, on their own site, in a new tab.
